Ola Olšinová

After having had the great privilege of supporting our new Forth councillor Kayleigh into her councillorship, I would love to use my energy, passion, and significantly more free time that I find myself with and offer my help and recently developed skills to Local Teams across Edinburgh. I would like to work on strategies of bringing the Green Party even more into people's active consciousness, and I would love to see members becoming more active in their local communities in activities that suit and resonate with them. I imagine it would be great to work closely with the Events and Fundraising Officer as well as the Communications Officer to get messages out clearly and to plan events that build stronger ties within our local communities between people as well as other organisations and unions. As I am a relatively new addition to Greens of Edinburgh, I believe the role of the Ordinary Member would be the perfect one for me to learn and develop skills that would allow me to help in the most effective way possible.
