Born and brought up in Livingston, I’ve seen how successive councils have failed our town and I hope that with a strong Green presence at next May’s council elections we can demand better for Livingston.

I have lived in West Lothian my entire life, and almost entirely in the Livingston South ward that I am asking you to select me for once again. I am proud to have represented the Scottish Greens in Livingston South at the 2022 elections, and at the by-election in 2021, as well as the Livingston constituency in the past two Westminster elections, and I was proud to stand alongside Gillian Mackay MSP as our only West Lothian member on our Holyrood regional list.

As well as being active in the party for 8 years, I have worked with Green MSPs in parliament and for the central party comms team, working on crucial elections and campaigns.

I passionately believe that Livingston deserves so much better from our politicians. Our town has been failed, and the Greens can offer the change that we need. I want to push West Lothian council to restore the bus services we have lost since lockdown, take local action to tackle the climate emergency, and stand up to the facism of Reform.
