Statement
We have awesome candidates for the 2022 local elections and I'd like to help get as many as possible elected.
Over the last two years I have volunteered on the Edinburgh branch committee, helping to organise the Holyrood campaign in our region as part of the Lothian campaign team. Whilst the council election will need a different campaign from Holyrood, there are lots of elements to build upon from the successful Holyrood campaign.
In my professional life I am a principal civil engineer working in the water industry. I lead a team working on projects making environmental improvements and reducing flood risk.
I believe I have the organisational skills and experience to allow the 2022 election campaign to build upon the local successes of the Holyrood campaign, maximising the number of Green councillors elected.
