Statement
I have been active in the Greens since joining the party in 2014, volunteering on campaigns from the 2015 Westminster election to the 2019 Westminster election - and lots in between!
In my professional life I'm a chartered civil engineer, leading a team in delivering both the technical and project management aspects of construction projects in the water industry.
Over the last year I have volunteered as one of the Edinburgh branch campaigns officers, working behind the scenes to help organise the 2019 general election campaign and more recently the Holyrood 2021 election campaign. From analysis of campaign data, to arranging campaign board meetings and minuting meetings I feel I have developed a track record of getting things done.
I believe I have made a positive contribution to both major campaigns and would love to be able to continue my work on the Holyrood Campaign through to the election in May.
