Ruth Elliott

Having been active in the branch for a year as an ordinary member in the Communications working group, I am excited to stand for the policy and campaigns working group this year. I have lots of experience campaigning on the doors and organisational skills from my roles in the young greens, so I think this would really suit me. I would also be very keen to drive the branch's campaigns forward, inspired by the Glasgow branch, upskill members, and demonstrate to the public that the Greens are working for them whether their ward has an elected councillor or not!
