Why would you like to be elected to the role(s) you are standing for?
I am a long-time member of the Greens, having joined as a teenager in my hometown of Belfast, Ireland, starting out by founding the Northern Ireland Green Party's youth wing way back in 2007.
I am a professional campaign manager - I have acted as Campaign Manager in campaigns that have elected Greens to Westminster (Caroline Lucas MP), the London Assembly (Sian Berry AM), the European Parliament (Keith Taylor MEP), the Northern Ireland Assembly (Steven Agnew and Claire Bailey MLA) and in many local councils.
What skills, knowledge and life experience would you bring to the role(s) you are standing for?
After a few years away from Green Party work (aside from delivering Green News in Leith!), I'm looking to get more involved ahead of crucial Holyrood and council elections, to put my 18 years of electoral experience to use. I want to see us change this city for the better, and I believe I can use my skills to make a contribution towards that.
Outside of the Greens, I am a campaign strategist for an international climate organisation, with a background in student and union organising. I've lived in Edinburgh for 4 years.
I approach this role with no desire to stand for election (again!) - only to help others get elected and to further our political agenda.
