Motion text

In the Standing Orders, replace:

2.4.2 Nominations for posts on the Branch Committee shall be made to the Chair
before the start of the General Meeting.

With:

2.4.2 Nominations for posts on the Branch Committee should be made to the Co-
convenors before the start of the General Meeting but may be accepted by the
chair during the meeting, for any positions that remain vacant.

Reason

To allow for accepting nominations during the AGM.
