The Branch Committee is asked to engage with branch members and councillors, including members of representative groups, in the development of the proposal and it is understood that some amendments to the details of the proposal may change as a result of this engagement.

Reason

To allow some flexibility in the detail of what is developed and proposed to acheive the outcome of improving visibility of branches. The motion without this amendment is very specific about the proposal, leaving little room for branch members and councillors to shape the proposal.
