Submitting your nomination
Complete your nomination form here | The deadline for submitting nominations is Thursday 8 June.
To submit your nomination, you will need to provide a photo, statement (max 1500 characters) and a ranked list of the roles you wish to stand for. The annotated image below shows you how to fill out the nomination form.
