Motion text

Insert in Constitution new Section 6.2 Each month a representative of elected councillors and a representative of elected MSPs will report work from the current month on behalf of their group to the branch committee, which will be distributed to branch membership by email.


Where a scheduled branch meeting occurs that month a verbal report will also be made as part of that meeting.

Reason

Amendment to motion to ensure that reports are delivered to members every month (via email), not only months where a branch meeting occurs.
